Can I return my ring for a full refund?

ENGRAVED RINGS
Due to the natural hardness of tungsten they can’t be resized, nor can we accept any exchanges or returns for custom engraved rings due to the nature of the product being specially made and customized for that specific user.
* If for any reason your ring doesn’t fit and it is personalized, send us a email at Support@unityringdesigns.com and we will make sure to take care of you.
- Please make sure you select the right size and check multiple times before ordering. If you don’t know your size we do offer ring sizers to help figure out your ring size at the comfort of your home.
SHIPPING INFO
- Buyer is responsible for entering correct mailing address and name. Items returned in new condition due to incorrect or undelivered as address provided by buyer will be refunded, minus the shipping cost.
- USPS First Class Mail 3-5 business days (Domestic)
- USPS Priority Mail 2-3 business days (Domestic)
- USPS First Class Mail 1-3 weeks (International)
International buyers: Packages returned to us for non-payment of customs/import fees, the buyer may receive a refund minus shipping charges and 15% restocking fee. Import duties, taxes, and other regional charges are not included in the shipping charge. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Your tungsten ring requires no complicated cleaning or maintenance procedures. To make a cleaning solution for tungsten jewelry, simply mix warm water with a few drops of mild soap. It is best to avoid using an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner when cleaning tungsten rings.
Tungsten Ring Care Tips:
Keep your tungsten rings away from supersonic cleaners, steam cleaner or harsh chemicals which may cause spotting on the surface of the ring. Tungsten Rings are very durable but brittle and can crack under harsh impact. If the ring is dropped onto a hard surface it may cause a slight crack to the ring's surface. It is best to store your tungsten ring separately. When taking off tungsten ring, you can place it inside the free ring box we give you.
